My Journey with Halotherapy and the Buteyko Breathing Technique

My journey into respiratory wellness began with my own experiences of Long-Covid, which led me to become a Buteyko Breathing Technique Practitioner and study Halotherapy. I created Halo Breathing Space to share the profound benefits of these therapies with others. My background as a qualified Occupational Therapist gives me genuine purpose and insight to holistically support clients in reclaiming their health and wellness.

My life experience with various health challenges has guided me toward alternative, complementary and holistic treatments. I am accredited in the Buteyko Breathing Technique through the UK-based Buteyko Breathing Association, which only admits professionals with a health-related degree, like in my BSc (Hons.) in Occupational Therapy. The Buteyko Breathing Association is committed to promoting and sharing evidence-based best practice; Buteyko is backed by gold standard research, and acknowledged by the Asthma and Lung Foundation and included in BTS/SIGN/GINA respiratory guidance as a validated Breathing Retraining Programme that complements traditional asthma treatments.

I received specialised training from Halotherapy providers in Newmarket and actively follow the latest research, along with global developments through a Halopreneur Training Programme. The benefits of Halotherapy are supported by European Clinical Studies and emerging research in the US, with clinics worldwide continually exploring new findings.
